Note: There is currently a known issue with Firefox only for some players, where the paddle constantly drifts to the right when the cursor is captured. This does not occur in Chrome, so please use a Chromium-based browser if you are affected.

A (proof of concept for a) ball-and-paddle block-breaking game, created in the style of Windows 3.1/95 shareware. 

Move the paddle with the mouse or the A/D or Left and Right keys. Further instructions can be found on the bottom-right of the screen.
Pause the game with the Escape or Enter keys.

This game was made in under 9 days for the inaugural DiscMaster Jam, and uses only assets found within DiscMaster. Find documentation of all assets used on this Google Doc. The first public version, originally uploaded as a playable browser game on this page on April 28, 2025, is available as a Windows executable labeled as Break In (original jam submission).zip for the purpose of DiscMaster Jam judging.

I had fun playing this. I really love the different power ups you get for each sub level.

this is really fun and  love the addition of the levels being blocks,and sending you back to the 1st level when you fail at later ones

I think it’s really fun :3 I enjoyed the aesthetics and ability are pretty cool. Would definitely order a full copy if it was a shareware game :3

this is pretty cool, I guess, it looks good and it's really fun to play, though it's not super original, though the things that happen with the extra maps are really cool
